Sponsorship Opportunity

The title sponsor will receive the following:

  • Alphabetical recognition on a credit page of the Exhibition distributed to 140 Embassies and Consulates to be displayed in public presentations worldwide under the auspices of the recipient Embassy or Consulate. Deadline for receipt of printer-ready files at the State Department is Monday, July 25, 2005.
  • Recognition as the Reception Sponsor at the Inaugural Reception at the State Department.
  • 10 invitations to the Inaugural Reception at the State Department. Social Security number and birth date for all attendees must be submitted 10 days prior to event.
  • Alphabetical recognition in printed program for the State Department Inaugural Reception
  • Professional photos available after Inaugural Reception in Washington for sponsor use. (Senators Hutchison and Cornyn will be asked to attend as honored guests)
  • Recognition on print materials created by the Texas Commission for the Arts, including announcements, press releases, publicity materials, and press packets to be delivered overseas with each exhibit.
  • Opportunity for CEO or designated executive to participate in press conferences held in Texas cities where teachers will depart for their residency abroad.
  • Name and/or Logo displayed on national print advertising (publications to be determined)
  • Name & Logo Recognition on Publicity poster to be presented to all media outlets as a component of the Press Packet.
  • Name & Logo Recognition on Texas Commission on the Arts web page and Texas Cultural Trust web page.
  • Name & Logo recognition on printed publication of the All Americans: Images of Heritage and Citizenship Exhibition.
  • Five framed and packaged reproduction sets of the All Americans: Images of Heritage and Citizenship Exhibit.
